Refund Policy

This policy explains when SMC NEO LLC refunds money paid for OrderFlow X. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Free trial. If a trial does not charge a card, there is nothing to refund. When the trial ends, access stops unless you buy a plan.

Monthly script subscription. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Days already used in that month are not refunded, unless required by law. If we never grant TradingView script access after a successful payment, we will refund that month. If TradingView suspends your TradingView account, or if you gave the wrong username, that is not a basis for a refund of OrderFlow X fees.

Course. The course is digital educational content. After you are given access, fees are not refundable except where consumer law requires a refund or where we have not delivered access.

Idea Club. Used membership time is not refundable. If we refuse an application before access is granted, we will refund any fee collected for that application.

EU and UK cooling-off. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts, that right applies as the law requires. If you ask us to start delivering digital content during that period, we may ask you to acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery starts. We will honor any right you do not waive.

How to cancel or ask for a refund. Email support@orderflowtool.com from the address on your account. Include the order date and what you bought.

A refund, if issued, is not an admission that the product caused trading losses.
