Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SMC NEO LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, collects and uses personal data when you use OrderFlow X. Contact: support@orderflowx.com.

SMC NEO LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through the OrderFlow X website and account. We have not appointed an Article 27 EU or UK representative. If we appoint one, we will name that person on this page.

1. Data we collect

You give us: name, email address, TradingView username, account password or Google sign-in identifier, billing name, support messages, Idea Club posts, and course progress.

We collect automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, and security logs.

Payment cards are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

2. Why we use the data

Contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)): create and secure your account; deliver the monthly script invite; provide the course or Idea Club you bought; process payment; send service emails.

Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): prevent fraud and abuse; debug the Service; understand which pages are used; defend legal claims. You may object. We will stop unless we have compelling grounds or need the data for a claim.

Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): non-essential cookies and marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful use.

Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies run the login and store your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them, where the law requires that choice. Details are in the Cookie Policy at /cookie-policy.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with processors who help us run the Service, only as needed:

Google — if you use Continue with Google.

Our payment processor — to charge the monthly plan, course, or membership.

Our hosting and email providers.

TradingView — we submit your TradingView username so the invite-only script can be attached to your TradingView account. TradingView then processes that account under its own privacy policy.

We may share data if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the business, with appropriate safeguards.

5. International transfers

SMC NEO LLC is established in the United States. If you access the Service from the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum where applicable. 6. Retention

Account profile: life of the account plus up to 24 months after closure, unless we must keep it longer.

Billing records: as required by tax law, typically up to seven (7) years.

Security logs: typically twelve (12) months.

Idea Club posts: until you delete them or we remove them under the Terms.

Marketing suppression list: until you ask us to erase it, so we can honor an opt-out.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including a national data protection authority in the EU or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.

If California law applies, you may request to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those words are defined in California law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless this page later says otherwise.

To use these rights, email support@orderflowx.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email support@orderflowx.com and we will delete it.

10. Third-party sites

Links to TradingView, brokers, or other sites are not covered by this Policy.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post a new date. Material changes will be emailed to the address on your account when reasonably possible.
